of <h1>Uttar Pradesh and Telangana Agencies Authorized to Issue Non-Preferential Certificates of Origin Per Appendix 2E of Foreign Trade Policy.</h1> The Director General of Foreign Trade has authorized the Uttar Pradesh Export Promotion Council to issue Certificates of Origin (Non-Preferential) under Appendix 2E of the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority. Following the bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh, the Federation of Andhra Pradesh Small Industries Association has been renamed the Federation of Telangana Small (MSME) Industries Association. These changes are reflected in the Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020, with the Uttar Pradesh agency listed at Serial No. 8 and the Telangana agency at Serial No. 1 in Appendix 2E.
