of <h1>Andhra Pradesh Tax Authority Delegates Power to Joint Commissioners u/s 67(12) of Goods and Services Tax Act 2017.</h1> The Chief Commissioner of State Tax in Andhra Pradesh has delegated authority to all jurisdictional Joint Commissioners (ST) within the Divisions to empower officers to exercise powers under sub-section (12) of Section 67 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This delegation is pursuant to sub-section (3) of Section 5 of the same Act. The Joint Commissioners (ST) are instructed to authorize officers not below the rank of Deputy Assistant Commissioners (ST). This order is effective immediately.
