of <h1>Andhra Pradesh exempts intra-state goods movement from e-way bill requirement from April 1, 2018, per Rule 138.</h1> The Government of Andhra Pradesh's Commercial Taxes Department issued a circular stating that, effective April 1, 2018, no e-way bill is required for the intra-state movement of goods within Andhra Pradesh, regardless of the value. This decision is made under the authority of clause (d) of sub-rule 14 of rule 138 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. This notification will remain in effect until further orders are issued.
