of <h1>JNCH Extends Direct Port Delivery to 1083 Top Importers, Reducing Costs and Dwell Time; Obtain Unique DPD Code Now.</h1> The Customs Commissioner's office at Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House (JNCH) has extended the Direct Port Delivery (DPD) facility to the top 1083 importers. This initiative aims to reduce logistics costs and dwell time for importers, offering significant cost savings. Importers listed in Annexure 'A' are advised to obtain a unique DPD code from JNPCT. Existing conditions from previous notices remain applicable, specifically part delivery provisions for manufacturers. Terminals and shipping lines should treat this notice as a permission letter. Any issues should be directed to the Deputy/Assistant Commissioner in charge of the DPD Cell.
