of <h1>Tamil Nadu extends GST TRAN-1 form submission deadline to October 31, 2017, u/r 117 and section 168.</h1> The Government of Tamil Nadu, through the office of the Principal Secretary and Commissioner of Commercial Taxes, has issued an order extending the deadline for submitting the declaration in FORM GST TRAN-1 under rule 117 of the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. This extension is granted under the authority of rule 117 and section 168 of the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, following the Council's recommendations. The new deadline for submission is set for 31st October 2017. This order is documented as Order No. 3, dated September 22, 2017.
