of <h1>Sikkim Extends FORM GST TRAN-1 Submission Deadline to December 31, 2017, u/r 120A and Section 168.</h1> The Government of Sikkim's Finance, Revenue, and Expenditure Department has extended the deadline for submitting the declaration in FORM GST TRAN-1 under rule 120A of the Sikkim Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. This extension is effective until 31st December 2017, as per the powers granted by rule 120A and section 168 of the Sikkim Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This order supersedes the previous Order No. 08/2017-GST dated 28th October 2017, except for actions already taken under that order.
