of <h1>JNCH Clarifies Procedure for Form E-13 in Export Container Process; Required Before Let Export Order Issuance.</h1> The Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House (JNCH) has issued a public notice clarifying the procedure for the issuance of Form E-13 for export containers. Exporters and stakeholders are informed that Form E-13 is not required at the entry of export containers in the Parking Plaza but must be produced after registration and before the issuance of the Let Export Order (LEO). This requirement applies to all containers, including refrigerated and perishable cargo. The notice aims to streamline export procedures and ensure timely container movement to the port terminal. Any issues should be reported to the Deputy Commissioner at JNCH.
