of <h1>Delhi Trade Department to Return Bank Guarantees to Exporters Following New Finance Ministry Notification.</h1> The Department of Trade & Taxes, Government of NCT of Delhi, has decided to return the Bank Guarantees submitted by exporters. This follows the Ministry of Finance's notification allowing exports under a Letter of Undertaking (LUT) without requiring a Bond and Bank Guarantee. Exporters must obtain a letter of acceptance of LUT as per the notification dated October 4, 2017, and return the original letter of acceptance of the Bond to the department. Export Cell/KCS Branch ward incharges are instructed to take necessary action to facilitate this process.
