of <h1>West Bengal extends deadline to submit stock details for composition levy under GST Rules to 31st October 2017.</h1> The West Bengal Directorate of Commercial Taxes issued an order extending the deadline for submitting details of stock held before opting for the composition levy under the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. Initially required in FORM GST CMP-03, the deadline for this submission is now extended to 31st October 2017. This extension is made under the authority of sub-rule (4) of rule 3 and section 168 of the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, following the Council's recommendations.
