of <h1>Rajasthan Appoints New Member to Advance Ruling Authority Under GST Act, Section 96 (2)(ii), Effective December 22, 2017.</h1> The Government of Rajasthan has appointed an individual as a member of the Rajasthan Authority for Advance Ruling under the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This appointment is made in accordance with section 96 (2)(ii) of the Act. The order was issued by the Finance Department's Tax Division on December 22, 2017, and was authorized by the Joint Secretary to the Government.
