Report Issues Promptly.</h1> Exporters are advised to promptly check the transmission status of their Shipping Bills on the ICEGATE and DGFT websites to avoid delays in availing FTP benefits like MEIS. Issues arise when Shipping Bill data is not available in the DGFT system, causing delays. Exporters should verify the status on ICEGATE first and then on the DGFT website 72 hours after integration. If data is unavailable, they should report it through the Contact@DGFT service or email the DGFT EDI helpdesk. Instructions for checking the status are provided on the ICEGATE and DGFT websites.
