of <h1>Bihar extends deadline for FORM GST REG-26 applications to December 31, 2017, u/r 24(2)(b) and Section 168.</h1> The Government of Bihar's Commercial Taxes Department has issued an order to extend the deadline for submitting applications in FORM GST REG-26. This extension is authorized under clause (b) of sub-rule (2) of rule 24 of the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, in conjunction with section 168 of the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The new deadline for electronic submission of these applications is now set for December 31, 2017. This decision follows the recommendations of the Council and is communicated by the Commissioner-cum-Principal Secretary of the department.
