of <h1>Tripura Extends Deadline for Businesses to Submit Stock Details for Composition Levy to November 30, 2017.</h1> The Government of Tripura has issued an order extending the deadline for businesses to submit details of their stock held before opting for the composition levy under the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This extension applies to the submission of FORM GST CMP-03 and is now valid until November 30, 2017. The extension is granted under the authority of sub-rule (4) of rule 3 of the Tripura State GST Rules, 2017, and section 168 of the Act, following recommendations from the Council.
