of <h1>Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House launches Refund SMS Seva for transparency in Customs Refund Claims and Special Additional Duty process.</h1> The Commissioner of Customs at Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House (JNCH), Nhava Sheva, has introduced the Refund SMS Seva to enhance transparency and ease of business. This service notifies claimants via SMS at each stage of the refund process for Customs Refund Claims (CRC) and Special Additional Duty (SAD). To utilize this service, claimants must provide a mobile number and email address with their refund claims. Any issues can be reported to the Deputy or Assistant Commissioner of Customs in charge of the SAD Section via email or phone.
