of <h1>West Bengal extends deadline for revised FORM GST TRAN-1 submissions u/r 120A to 31st October 2017.</h1> The Commissioner of State Tax, West Bengal, has extended the deadline for submitting the revised declaration in FORM GST TRAN-1 under rule 120A of the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. This extension, based on the recommendations of the Council and in accordance with section 168 of the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, allows submissions until 31st October 2017.
