of <h1>Customs Office Confirms Pre-GST Rebate Continuation for Garment Exports; Revised Undertaking Required for July-September 2017.</h1> The circular from the Customs Office at Kandla addresses the continuation of pre-GST Rebate of State Levies (ROSL) rates for garment and textile exports for a transition period from July 1, 2017, to September 30, 2017. Exporters must submit a revised undertaking in the EDI shipping bill format effective August 5, 2017, or manually for exports made from July 1 to August 4, 2017. Export Promotion Councils will assist exporters with the process. The ROSL rates will be applied by the EDI System during scroll generation, and no separate claims are necessary. Difficulties should be reported to the Principal Commissioner.
