of <h1>Customs Update: Changes to Public Notice No. 21/2016; Exporters to Approach FSP Cell for ESP Letter at ICD Bangalore.</h1> A corrigendum has been issued to Public Notice No. 21/2016 dated June 21, 2016, by the Office of the Commissioner of Customs in Bengaluru. The second sentence in Paragraph 5 has been deleted, and the revised paragraph instructs all exporters seeking Factory Stuffing Permission to approach the FSP Cell at ICD, Bangalore for an ESP Letter. Additionally, Paragraph 7.2 of the same public notice has been deleted.
