Previously, the initial scrutiny and order of 'Out of Charge' were handled by the Import Commissionerate's Fast Track Clearance Section (F.T.C.S.). Now, these tasks will be managed by the 100% E.O.U. department itself. This change aims to streamline the clearance process and is effective immediately.
