Delhi Trade Dept. Issues New Guidelines for Form DVAT 51 Submission; Now in Wards, Not Front Office.
The circular from the Department of Trade and Taxes, Government of Delhi, outlines new guidelines for the receipt of Form DVAT 51. It supersedes previous instructions, mandating that Form DVAT 51, along with Central Statutory Forms, be submitted in the respective ward instead of the Front Office. Acknowledgment will be provided upon submission, and entries will be recorded in a dedicated register organized by quarter and year. Data entry will occur in the respective wards, with operators provided by the EDP Branch. Zonal in-charges are tasked with quarterly inspections of the register.
