of <h1>Deadline for Using Re-Credited DEPB and Reward Scheme Scrips for 4% CVD Refunds Extended to June 30, 2011.</h1> The Customs office has issued a notice extending the deadline for using re-credited DEPB and Reward Scheme scrips for 4% CVD (SAD) refunds until June 30, 2011. This extension follows requests from trade and industry stakeholders who were unable to utilize the re-credited scrips by the original deadline of December 30, 2010. The extension was decided after consultation with the Ministry of Commerce. All other provisions of Public Notice No. 123/2010 remain unchanged. Any implementation difficulties should be reported to the Deputy or Assistant Commissioner of Customs.
