of <h1>Kalinganagar and Tumb Village ICDs designated as Ports of Registration under Paragraph 4.37 for export benefits.</h1> The Inland Container Depots (ICDs) at Kalinganagar and Tumb Village (Taluka Umbergaon, District Valsad) have been designated as Ports of Registration under Paragraph 4.37 of the Handbook of Procedures (2015-2020) by the Director General of Foreign Trade. This amendment, executed under the Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020, allows these locations to provide export promotion benefits as outlined in Chapter 4 of the policy. The names of these ICDs will be arranged alphabetically in the revised edition of the Handbook of Procedures.
