of <h1>Mumbai Air Cargo Complex Launches Document Management System with Annual Price Increase Clause for Dockets.</h1> The Air Cargo Complex in Mumbai implemented a Document Management System (DMS) on June 22, 2015, following consultations with trade stakeholders. A contract was established between the Commissioner of Customs and a software vendor, specifying a coupon price of Rs. 16 per docket. The contract includes a provision for a minimum 5% annual price increase to account for inflation. Effective June 22, 2016, the price will rise to Rs. 16.80 per docket. All other terms from the prior notice remain unchanged.
