of <h1>Bangalore Air Cargo Complex Launches Electronic Messaging System for Faster Delivery Orders Starting January 2016.</h1> The circular announces the introduction of an Electronic Messaging System for issuing Delivery Orders at the Air Cargo Complex in Bangalore. This system aims to simplify customs clearance and reduce transaction costs and time. Initially, airlines will issue electronic delivery orders to direct delivery customers starting January 20, 2016. Subsequently, from February 1, 2016, consolidators will issue electronic delivery orders to importers. Manual delivery orders may be retained for certain imports or in case of system failures. Stakeholders are encouraged to upgrade their electronic infrastructure to facilitate this transition. Any implementation difficulties should be reported to the Principal Commissioner.
