of <h1>Delhi Extends DVAT-51 and Central Declaration Forms Submission Deadline to December 20, 2008.</h1> The Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi has extended the deadline for submitting DVAT-51 and furnishing Central Declaration Forms for the third quarter of the 2007-08 fiscal year to December 20, 2008. This extension is authorized by the Commissioner of Value Added Tax under relevant rules and sections of the Delhi Value Added Tax Rules, 2005, and the Central Sales Tax Act, 1956. The extension applies to various forms, including DVAT 51 and Declaration Forms 'C', 'EI', 'E-II', 'F', 'I', 'J', and 'H'. The order is communicated to relevant government officials and departments for implementation and dissemination.
