This declaration, in accordance with Notification No. 82/2012-Customs and the Customs Act, 1962, outlines the specific boundaries and area, totaling 868,400 square meters. The designated area is bordered by Chennai Water Desalination Limited to the north, L&T Shipbuilding Ltd. to the south and west, and the Bay of Bengal to the east. This notice supersedes a previous notice dated May 23, 2012.
