L & T Shipbuilding Ltd. at Kattupalli Village, Tiruvallur District, is appointed as the Custodian of imported and export goods at the Minor Port, Kattupalli. The company will manage these goods until they are cleared for home consumption, warehousing, or transshipment as per Chapter VII of the Act. They must comply with Section 45(2) of the Customs Act, 1962, HACCR, 2009, and other relevant regulations. This appointment is effective from November 26, 2012, as per Public Notice No. 246/2012.
