of <h1>Authorized Individuals Required for IEC and DEPB Post-Export Applications; Authority Letter or I.Card Copy Mandatory.</h1> Trade and industry stakeholders are notified that applications for obtaining IEC and DEPB on a post-export basis must be submitted by an authorized individual. This person must carry an authority letter with their photograph and contact details, authenticated by the application signatory. Applications lacking this letter will not be accepted. However, if the application is submitted by an I.Card holder from the office, a copy of the I.Card must be included. If the signatory files the application, no additional authorization is needed.
