of <h1>All Chapter 3 benefit applications must include an authority letter with photo and contact details or face rejection.</h1> The office of the Zonal Joint Director General of Foreign Trade in New Delhi mandates that all applications for benefits under Chapter 3 must include an authority letter with a photograph and contact details of the submitting individual, authenticated by the application signatory. Applications lacking this letter will be rejected at the R&I counter. For applications submitted by office-issued ID card holders, a copy of the ID card must be included. First-time applicants will receive authorization only after the physical verification of the firm's antecedents and the Bank Realization Certificate from the relevant bank.
