of <h1>India Extends Deadline for Cost Auditor Appointment Filing in Form CRA-2 to March 31, 2015; No Late Fees Applied.</h1> The Ministry of Corporate Affairs of the Government of India has extended the deadline for filing the Notice of Appointment of the Cost Auditor in Form CRA-2. The new deadline is set for March 31, 2015, allowing stakeholders to submit without incurring any penalties or late fees. This extension follows the previous General Circular No. 42/2014 and has been approved by the competent authority. The circular is addressed to all Regional Directors, Registrars of Companies, and stakeholders.
