of <h1>Company Law Settlement Scheme 2014 Extended to November 15 Following Stakeholder Requests.</h1> The Ministry of Corporate Affairs of the Government of India announced an extension of the Company Law Settlement Scheme, 2014 (CLSS-2014) until November 15, 2014. This decision follows requests from various stakeholders to extend the scheme initially outlined in General Circular No. 34/2014 dated August 12, 2014. The circular was addressed to all Regional Directors, Registrars of Companies, and stakeholders, with instructions for the e-Governance Section to update the Ministry's website accordingly.
