Specifically, in clause (76) of section 2, sub-clause (v), the word 'or' is replaced with 'and' to align with the intended meaning of the term 'related party.' This amendment is made under the authority of section 470 of the Companies Act, 2013, to resolve compliance difficulties and will take effect upon its publication in the Official Gazette.
