of <h1>MCA Circular: Form MGT-14 Now Processed via Straight Through Process for Most Cases, Effective July 21, 2014.</h1> The circular issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs clarifies the processing of form MGT-14 through the Straight Through Process (STP) mode. It aims to simplify procedures and ensure timely handling of E-Forms by the Registrars of Companies. Except for cases involving changes in company name, object, further issue of capital, and company conversion, all other instances of form MGT-14 will be processed using STP. The circular emphasizes adherence to sections 448 and 447 regarding false declarations and will be effective from July 21, 2014.
