of <h1>Trade Promotion Council of India Authorized to Issue Non-Preferential Certificates of Origin per Foreign Trade Policy 2009-2014.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade, under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, has authorized the Trade Promotion Council of India to issue Certificates of Origin (Non-Preferential) as per the Foreign Trade Policy 2009-2014. This authorization is formalized by adding the council to the list of agencies in Appendix 4C of the Handbook of Procedure Vol.I, 2009-2014. The council is located in New Delhi and can be contacted via phone, fax, or email. This public notice officially enlists the council for this purpose.
