of <h1>New Export Monitoring System EDPMS Launched for AD Banks, Effective March 2014, Under FEMA 1999.</h1> The Export Data Processing and Monitoring System (EDPMS) has been implemented to improve the monitoring of exports and facilitate reporting by Authorized Dealer (AD) banks. Effective from February 28, 2014, AD banks can access the system from March 1, 2014, using provided credentials. All new shipping documents must be reported through EDPMS, while old documents will continue in the previous system until completion. Both systems will operate concurrently for a transitional period. This directive is issued under the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999, and AD banks are instructed to inform relevant parties.
