of <h1>Kattupalli Sea Port Added to Handbook for Export Benefits Under Foreign Trade Policy 2009-2014, Paragraph 4.19 Amended.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade has amended Paragraph 4.19 of the Handbook of Procedures (Vol. I) for the Foreign Trade Policy 2009-2014 to include Kattupalli Sea Port in Tamil Nadu as a Port of Registration. This inclusion allows the port to be eligible for export promotion benefits under Chapter 4 of the Foreign Trade Policy. The amendment ensures that Kattupalli Sea Port is listed among other sea ports in the Handbook of Procedures and will be placed in alphabetical order in future editions.
