of <h1>Corrected Circular Number Issued: Circular No. 863/1/2008-CX Renumbered to 864/2/2008-CX for Record Accuracy.</h1> The corrigendum addresses an error in the numbering of a previous circular. Circular no. 863/1/2008-CX, dated 18th January 2008, was mistakenly assigned a number already used for another circular concerning Supreme Court appeals. The correct number for the circular issued on 18th January 2008 should be '864/2/2008-CX.' The relevant authorities are instructed to update their records accordingly, and acknowledgment of receipt of this correction is requested. A Hindi version of the corrigendum will be provided subsequently.
