Over 200 firms have adopted this system. The applications will be processed within 24 hours if submitted electronically, with hard copies to be provided the next working day. Licenses or deficiency letters will be issued the following working day. Common deficiencies include missing documents, incorrect fees, and incomplete applications. The system is effective from June 1, 2000. Firms are advised to follow guidelines to avoid delays and may contact the office for assistance if needed.
