Customs typically logs DEEC books within two weeks and advises that proof is required from license holders claiming delays. Exporters facing logging issues should submit detailed problems and correspondence with Customs to expedite resolution. Requests for abeyance of Refusal Memos must include relevant data and be submitted to the Export Facilitation Cell. Abeyance is granted case-by-case by the Zonal Joint Director General of Foreign Trade.
