of <h1>Export Import Policy Update: Revised DEPB Scheme in Para 4.43 Requires New Forms and Separate Applications for Different Policy Periods.</h1> Changes have been made to the DEPB Scheme provisions in the Export Import Policy 2002-2007, specifically affecting Para 4.43 of the Handbook of Procedures. Exporters must now use the revised application form in Appendix 10-C to apply for DEPB credits. The exchange rate for converting FOB value into Indian rupees will be based on the rate notified by the Ministry of Finance on the date of the Customs' 'Let Export' order. Additionally, DEPB serial numbers have been updated, requiring separate applications for exports under the 1997-2002 and 2002-2007 policies to prevent technical issues.
