of <h1>Filing Supplementary DEPB Applications: New 5% Rate for Fish Products Effective May 3, 2003; Manual Submission Required.</h1> The circular outlines the procedure for filing supplementary Duty Entitlement Pass Book (DEPB) applications following the enhancement of DEPB rates for fish and fish products to 5% effective from May 3, 2003, as per DGFT Public Notice No. 67. Applicants may submit up to three supplementary applications daily, in addition to their normal quota, at designated counters. Applications must be filed manually and will be processed within seven working days. The circular includes a declaration section for applicants to confirm the accuracy of their submissions and compliance with relevant trade regulations. An application form and fee payment proof must accompany submissions.
