of <h1>Foreign Trade Policy Update: Chemical & Allied Products Import Norms Revised, Specific Items Deleted from Handbook of Procedures.</h1> Amendments have been made to the Standard Input Output Norms under the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09, as per the Director General of Foreign Trade's authority. Specifically, changes include the deletion of certain import items and their quantities from the Chemical & Allied Products category. In the Handbook of Procedures, Vol.2, 2002-2007, the import item at Sl. No. 7 on page 6 and items at Sl. Nos. 3 and 4 on page 12 have been removed. These amendments are issued in the public interest.
