of <h1>DEPB Rate for Fish Products Reinstated to 5% Under Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009, Effective Immediately.</h1> The Director General of Foreign Trade has amended the 'Schedule of DEPB rates' under the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009. The DEPB rate of 5% for Fish and Fish Products (Product Code: 66), initially given retrospective effect from May 3, 2003, was previously put on hold as per Public Notice No.76 dated August 12, 2004. This abeyance order is now withdrawn with immediate effect, reinstating the 5% DEPB rate. This decision is issued in the public interest.
