of <h1>Amendments to Export-Import Policy: Pharma Council Can Issue RCMC; New Potato Export Zones in West Bengal Added.</h1> The Director General of Foreign Trade has made amendments to the Handbook of Procedures under the Export and Import Policy 2002-2007. These include allowing the Pharmaceutical Export Promotion Council to issue RCMC for exports related to pharmaceuticals, biotech, and related services. Changes to documentation for deemed exports now require certified invoices. Additionally, the Agri Export Zone list has been updated to include specific districts in West Bengal for potato exports. The Pharmaceutical Export Promotion Council has been added to the list of Export Promotion Councils with offices in Hyderabad and Mumbai. These changes are issued in the public interest.
