Applicants can apply for licenses with a duty saved amount up to Rs. 50 crores to the Regional Licensing Authority (RLA) based on self-declaration, subject to the final nexus fixation by the RLA. For amounts above Rs. 50 crores, applications must be submitted to the DGFT headquarters. The nexus will be finalized within two months, and failure to do so will result in the applied nexus being treated as final.
