of <h1>Export & Import Policy Update: Paragraph 4.22 Amended for Advance Licenses on Drugs with Pre-Import Conditions.</h1> An amendment has been made to the Handbook of Procedures (Vol. I) under the Export and Import Policy, 2002-07, by the Director General of Foreign Trade. Specifically, an addition has been made to paragraph 4.22, stating that for Advance Licenses issued for drugs against a specific export order with a pre-import condition, the export obligation period will start from the date of import of the first consignment and must be completed within six months. This amendment is issued in the public interest.
