of <h1>Amendment to DEPB Rates: Engineering Cap Adjusted, New Chemical Entry Added Under Export and Import Policy 2002-07.</h1> The Director General of Foreign Trade has issued a public notice amending the schedule of Duty Entitlement Pass Book (DEPB) rates. Under the Engineering Product Group, the value cap for entry at Sl.No.573 is adjusted to Rs.56 per kg. In the Chemicals Product Group, a new entry for 3,4 Dichloro Aniline is added at Sl.No.993 with a DEPB rate of 8%, without a specified value cap. These amendments are made under the Export and Import Policy 2002-07 and are intended to serve the public interest.
