of <h1>Deemed Export Benefits Retained for Sardar Sarovar Project Contracts Before Nov 25, 1990, Despite OECF Withdrawal.</h1> The public notice addresses amendments in the export-import policy concerning deemed export benefits for the supply of Turbine and Motor Generator Sets for the Sardar Sarovar Narmada Project. Following the withdrawal of OECF funding, it is decided that contracts awarded or letters of intent issued by Sardar Sarovar Narmada Nigam Ltd. before November 25, 1990, will retain deemed export benefits. These benefits apply to supplies made within the contracted delivery period, including extensions. Contracts completed before this notice's issuance are ineligible for an Advance license for deemed export unless previously applied for.
