of <h1>Amendments to Export and Import Policy: New Bank Certificate Requirement, Updated Ports, Extended DEPB Deadline, Appendix 17 B Added.</h1> The circular issued by the Director General of Foreign Trade outlines amendments to the Export and Import Policy, 2002-07. It introduces a new paragraph in the Handbook of Procedures requiring a bank certificate for export realization for status certificate applications. It updates Land Customs Stations and Sea Ports for registration purposes and amends declarations and certificates related to export performance and foreign exchange earnings for various export house statuses. It extends the deadline for DEPB applications for exports before April 1, 2002, to June 30, 2003, and introduces Appendix 17 B for bank certification of export realization.
