of <h1>Approved Agencies for Exporting Organic Agricultural Products: Ecocert, IMO Control, Skal, SGS India.</h1> The Director General of Foreign Trade has designated specific Inspection and Certification Agencies accredited by the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA) for exporting agricultural products as 'Organic Products.' These agencies include Ecocert SA, IMO Control Pvt. Ltd., Skal International, and SGS India Pvt. Ltd. Agricultural products can be exported as organic only if they are produced, processed, or packed under a valid Organic Certificate issued by these agencies. The duration of their authorization is determined by the Accrediting Agency. This designation is issued in the public interest.
