of <h1>DEPB Rates Schedule Amended: New Entry for Engineering Products Adds 3% Rate for Disposable Hypodermic Needles (Product Code 61.</h1> Public Notice No. 35/2002-07, dated 13/09/2002, issued by the Director General of Foreign Trade, introduces amendments to the Schedule of DEPB Rates under the Export and Import Policy, 2002-07. Specifically, it adds a new entry for the engineering product group, product code 61, which includes hypodermic needles (disposable) with a DEPB rate of 3%. This amendment is made in the public interest to update the DEPB entitlement values.
